Harmful effects of food adulteration



 Have you ever noticed about purity of your food that you are consuming. Just think about the impurities contaminated with food! Food products that we buy daily without thinking and checking its ingredients contains harmful adulterants which are poison to our life. Every food product has a range of harmful effects on our health. Today , we all are busy in our life and refer to instantly made food items that contains preservatives , which is definitely going to harm us.

Food adulteration effects our health a lot. It causes many diseases like diarrhoea , food poisoning , liver disorder, kidney disorder and even cancer and many more .   It can not on  lead to toxicity in the body but also can lead the body to paralysis or eventually death. 

These days, many green vegetables are adulterated with various food dyes which could have a harmful impact on your nervous system like lack of concentration in kids and forgetfulness . Addition of plastic in food has become very common these days. Chips that are favourite snack of our children contains some amount of plastic in it that can lead to respiratory problems like asthma. 

The minerals, chemicals, and poor quality substances added to the food are responsible for these health conditions which we might have to undergo in future.

Food colour are used to give an attractive appearance to food articles. food colours has led to loos of real quality of food and it is called the adulterated food such food items may cause allergy. Throat or mouth infection.
