How to Love Yourself
~ Nisha Suthar Sometimes it seems easier to love others than it does to love yourself, but self-acceptance is an important part of developing healthy relationships with others. Loving yourself means recognizing your own self-worth and living your own life as honestly as you can. Luckily, with a little practice and patience, you can learn to love yourself, too. 1. Do Something Kind Although it might seem like a slightly selfish motive, being kind and doing something for someone less fortunate than yourself can help you learn to love yourself. There are lots of different ways to do something kind, but one of the best, long-term ways you can do something for someone else is by volunteering. If you fancy giving this a go, pick a volunteer opportunity that suits you and your skill set.
